at this point in time www.bestswiss and myself are working to correct the issues at hand.

i do believe there will be conclusion in the near future.

i will advise then and when all issues are resloved i will ask to remove any and all postings re www.bestswiss.com

There might have been an misunderstanding and i do belive bestswiss is trying to solve the issues at hand.

i am glad there are web sites that off a consumer a place to vent is misfortune hoping for the company to reconsider the issues at hand.

i do think there will be a settlement

I have bought a Breitling superocean heritige from BESTSWISS.COM on the 08-02-2010 and today fedex arrived at my adress wanting to deliver. i open my package and what they sent me was not a watch at all!! they sent me a usb fm radio player....i mean i paid 1100usd which in South Africa is ALOT of Hard earned money!! so after a month and almost a half of tons of emails i finaly receive the item and it is wrong!! DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY with BESTSWISS as they will just take your money, take forever to send you your watch, make alot of empty promises and at the end you receive a 30$ usb fm radio.....!! i am busy disputing this at my credit card company and will make sure they lose their visa and mastercard membership!! the response on emails are not that bad but very short awneswers and dont answer all your questions!! DO NOT BUY FROM BESTSWISS unless you realy want alot of headaces!!
